Public Sector Governance Reviews

As public sector governance experts, Lynda and Jim work collaboratively with organisations to evaluate how well their governance frameworks, and those working within them, are delivering value to the organisation.

Through a series of interviews, focus groups and/or surveys, Leadership Talks will provide you with answers to such question as:

  • Is our governance framework fit for purpose?

  • Does it provide sufficient visibility for leadership on key decisions?

  • Do we have the right skills and experience within the committees

  • How well does the rest of the organisation understand the framework and where decisions lie?

  • How do we  compare to other public sector governance models and best practice governance?

We can help you not only design your governance framework in a way that makes sense to your people and adds value to your organisation, but also support you as you implement your framework.

Our suite of services includes:-

  • Co-design and implementation of new governance frameworks

  • Review of existing governance frameworks

  • Facilitating the development of Committee Charters

  • Providing development for your Chairs and committee members

  • Providing support to your Governance Secretariat
